Top music lists are my favorite thing about this time of year. Well, almost. I hope you are getting more iTunes gift certificates. I am and I'll be sure to check out at least one from your list.

Great call on the Sun Kil Moon. That's probably my number one of the decade.

Sun Kil Moon - Ghosts of the Great Highway is fantastic. The new album is pretty solid as well if you haven't picked it up.

Postal Service - Give Up is a nice pick. A tip of the hat to you for introducing PS to me many years ago.

I think Ryan Adams is way overated. I just don't like the guy.

Not really familiar with Ward or Welch. But I will give them a listen.

I will leave you with a couple of newer albums that I just can't turn off.

Neil Halstead - Oh Mighty Engine - it would be in my Top 5 of the decade.

Needtobreathe - The Outsiders - would be my Top album of 2009
